PROJECT BRIEF

The Estate approached us needing a complete upgrade of the existing, dated CCTV system. The end goal was to better secure the premises and make the residence feel more at ease. There was emphasis on using up to date technology and cameras that offered a little more than just footage.

RESULTS

Working with the Estate’s Management and listening to their needs, we custom designed an IP CCTV System. We installed a Hikvision 16 Channel Network Video Recorder with Hikvision ColorVu 4 Mega Pixel Cameras. The Cameras have built-in microphones which can be programmed to sound warnings when people get in close proximately of particular areas at certain times. The camera locations were selected for maximum coverage ensuring entry, exits, common areas and boundaries were covered.

For extra security, License Plate Recognition cameras were installed at the driveways, capturing every vehicle entering and existing the grounds as well as cars passing by on the road.
