Shipping Information and Returns
How quickly do you ship?
- We endeavour to get your orders processed and shipped as soon as possible. We process orders Monday-Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders placed before 8:00am Brisbane time each business day are processed and shipped the same day.
- Delivery times are subject to the courier. Usually between 3 – 5 business days.
How much is shipping?
- We have a flat rate of $10.00 for shipping.
Where do you ship too?
- We ship Australia wide.
- Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally.
Who do you ship with?
- We use DHL Australia to ship and deliver your orders.
How do I track my order?
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will notify you via email and sed you a tracking number to track your parcel at dhl.com.

Our Returns Policy
We always hope that you are satisfied with our product(s), but if for any reason you are not, you can return for a Store Credit equivalent to the product(s) price (excluding shipping) or Exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds.
- Send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org, with ‘Bullrush Returns’ as the subject and let us know what you want to return and why, and if you’d prefer a store credit or exchange and we will be more then happy help you out.
- Please note that the shipping costs of returns are at the customers expense.
- The returned product(s) must be received in original condition, unused and in original packaging before we can issue a store credit or exchange.
- JBSecurity reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions.
- Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned
- We recommend that your return product(s) are done via a trackable postage method. JBSecurity will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. Please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to be returned to us. Once we receive your product(s), we will work as quick as we can to organise your store credit or exchange.
